RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND
Any product would qualify as a return if it meets any of the following conditions:
– Wrong product, size or color, damaged product, Product lost in shipment
– Products with major quality defects the customers can return or exchange any products which they purchased online within 7 days of the product receipt. The original invoice should be attached with the product. The product must be unused and unwashed.
– Your refund will be issued as a credit note for further purchases or cash refund within 10 working days. You will be credited/cash refund for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes.
RETURNS, EXCHANGE & REFUND on Discount Offers
– Exchanges: Customers may exchange products for different sizes or styles within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability.
– No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash refunds on any discounted products after successful delivery.
– Final Sale: All sales of discounted items are considered final once the product has been delivered and accepted.
– Quality Assurance: We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery for resolution.
